DBS Copyright Policy
We are the proud owners of DBS, and we have decided to write this message to remind you of the legal
complications that would accompany the reselling and reuse of any of our intellectual property for your
own financial gain; for example the downloading of our personal video advertisements. Additionally, legal
complications will arise if our customised DBS websites are used and resold as your own.
We are the owners of all copyright subsisting on this work, which is an original website, ad and database
created on the 17 November 2022 by DBS by our employee acting in the course of their employment and
which has been protected as a copyright work under the provisions of the Copyright Designs and Patents
Act 1988 since that date.
As our consent to use our work in this manner was neither sought nor granted we must inform you that
you will be in breach of copyright.
If breach of copyright is identified we will demand that you immediately
1. cease all infringing conduct and cease publishing and /or distributing the Infringing of our work
2) deliver to us any and all copies of the Infringing Work;
3) Deliver to us a written undertaking that you will immediately desist from infringing any of our content
and will seek our express written consent for any future use of our property.
Failure to abide to our request will result in us seeking legal remedies and escalating the situation to court
which will result in either a cash penalty or sentence.
Our team are constantly monitoring breach of copyright and will be in contact shortly after identification.
